Start from a collection, then add what your family actually needs — a fire pit and chairs, a dining set, bistro lights on metal poles, concrete pavers in the dining space, or low-voltage uplights around the perimeter. Every add-on shows its price before you commit, and the plan updates so you can see where it lands. Take anything off just as easily.
Your build is saved and sent to our team, and you'll pick a time to meet — in our office for a Meet & Greet, or on a project discovery call if that's easier. We review a concept plan drawn for your actual lot, confirm scope and site conditions, and give you a final price. Nothing is charged to build or submit, and there's no obligation at the meeting.
A pre-construction walkthrough happens roughly two weeks before we break ground. Once we start, the crew is on site for six working days: site prep and irrigation, light wire, metal edging and finish grade, planting and top dressing, gravel and light fixtures, then sod, furniture, and project delivery. The Agave adds a concrete phase before day one.
